Toadstool Bug

This is one sweet little Toadstool Bug that stands just over1 1/2 inches tall and is made in the Waldorf tradition by using natural materials.  It is made of a wire core covered in cotton floss.  It is bendable and poseable and can actually hold onto objects.  It's torso and "shell" have been needle felted of merino wool and i'ts hat is made of wool felt and stitched together with teeny tiny blanket stitches.  It has a wood beed head and two silver color wire antenna.  This Toadstool Bug is so cute!
