When you were little were you ever told "if you keep eating those your going to turn into one"? Well, that is EXACTLY what happened here! These were just ordinary every day bugs that got a little carried away with a leftover cupcake one night. Yep, that is all it took and poof... the next morning they had turned into cute little Cupcake Bugs. They found that they were very happy with this outcome and now get together every Saturday night for cupcakes, tea, and giggles. The Technical info: Bugs: These are sweet 1 ˝ inch Cupcake Bugs. They are made of wire covered in cotton floss. They have wood bead heads and wire antenna. Their torsos and "shells" are made of needle felted wool and has glass beads stitched to it that resemble candy sprinkles. Their hats are made of wool felt. They are poseable and will hold onto objects. Accessories: The cupcake carrier/purse is a sturdy...(?trade secret) covered and stitched together in wool felt and measures 4 inches tall. At it's widest "the top" it measures 4 inches wide. The cupcake part of the lid stays closed with a silver elastic cord that easily slips over a red and silver colored vintage button. It has a felt hinge on both the inside and outside, and looks great. The handle is made of a cream cotton cord. The cupcake is covered in glass bead "sprinkles" each stitched on individually. It comes with three tiny wood cupcakes and a red bowl to serve them in. It also comes with a cute read and white tea pot and two cups. All are hand painted by me. You will also get a 3 ˝ inch picnic blanket for them to have their tea and cupcakes on, or to warm up under on a cold evening. All my creations are made with a lot of TLC so you can be assured the quality is always the utmost. Not intended for children under 3 or children who still put toys in their mouth.
