She is the 4th in my butterfly series. There won't be any more made of her. She is an original. I am very proud of this little Butterfly Fairy. She is very well made all the way down to the little white french knots on her wings. Her wings are a double thickness of wool felt for strength and stability. All pieces are blanket stitched together with some chain stitching accents on the blue part of her wings. This little pair is so cute.
This Butterfly fairy has green and blue wings made of wool felt with white french knots for an accent color. She is made of a wire core covered in cotton floss. Her mid-section is made of tightly needle felted wool. She is wearing a matching wool felt hat with accent stitching. She has blond hair in two long braids with silk ribbon at the ends of her braids. She has a wood bead head with black wire antenna. Her pet Aphid is made of needle felted wool with cotton floss legs and antenna.
